How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation with a full refund more than 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged up to the full fare. Full cancellation terms
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. Add your flight number when you book so we can monitor your flight. Meet-and-greet is available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online bookings are paid by card. We pre-authorise the fare when you book and only take payment once we confirm your booking. For corporate accounts or other arrangements, please contact us.
How does waiting time work?
Airport arrivals: 30 minutes; Normal pickups: 30 minutes; Same-day returns: 2 hours; Hourly hire: included in the hire. Waiting beyond the free allowance is £25 per hour in 15-minute blocks (hourly hire: £85 per hour hire rate). Details
How are fares calculated?
